1. Set a time for when you can eat your meals everyday. Mine are 11.00, 15.00 and 18.30. In the beginning this is hard, but your body will adjust and it will become a habit. My cravings pretty much disappeared after I did this.
2. Always use a small plate and small portions, never take seconds...
